The company has been operating across various service sectors — including cleaning, facility maintenance, procurement, construction management, safety outfit production, environmental services, and general consultancy — for over 20 years.

Twenty years ago, Ultimate Investment and Holding Company started as a small utility supply and cleaning services company in Monrovia, Liberia. Through discipline, integrity, and an uncompromising commitment to quality, it has grown into Liberia’s most diversified and trusted indigenous multi-service enterprise — built on the conviction that a Liberian-led organisation can meet and exceed the highest international standards.
The company’s most significant proof of that conviction is its relationship with the United Nations system in Liberia, where it has served 15 active agencies continuously since 2018. The UN demands meticulous compliance, unwavering reliability, and zero tolerance for sub-standard delivery — and Ultimate has not only met those demands but has been repeatedly invited to expand its scope of service, year after year.

As General Manager and Head of Administration at Ultimate Investment and Holding Company, I lead the operational engine that turns our vision into daily reality. My role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution — overseeing team management, multi-site service delivery, administrative systems, and the human resource development programmes that are building our workforce for the decades ahead. Over the eight years since I took the reins of operations, we have expanded significantly in both client base and operational capability, and I can say with confidence that growth has never once come at the expense of quality.
The professionalism our clients experience is a direct reflection of the disciplines we enforce internally. Our training standards are rigorous, our deployment protocols are precise, and our quality inspection processes are structured and non-negotiable.
